BOX5-TV Terms of Service

  1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BOX5-TV (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

  1. Nature of Service

BOX5 Media provides live streaming and digital download access to performing arts events. Purchases provide viewing access to multiple performances, not individual shows. All content is delivered digitally.

  1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and live event scheduling, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to connection issues, missed performances, or user error.

  1. Processing Fees

A non-refundable credit card processing fee may be charged at checkout. This fee covers costs imposed by banks and card networks and is not retained as profit by BOX5 Media.

  1. Chargebacks and Account Blocking

Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated after a valid purchase will result in immediate termination of access to the Service and a permanent ban on the associated account. BOX5 Media reserves the right to recover any fees, damages, or costs incurred as a result of such disputes, including legal and collection expenses.

  1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have compatible hardware, software, and network connectivity. BOX5 Media is not responsible for technical issues, device incompatibility, or user inability to access the Service.

  1. Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to stream or download media for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, public display, or resale of content is strictly prohibited.

  1. Account Use

Each account permits one active connection at a time. Sharing of account credentials or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination without refund.

  1. Service Limitations and Liability

The Service and all content are provided “as is.” BOX5 Media makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, schedule accuracy, or availability. BOX5 Media is not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions caused by acts of God, technical failures, or third-party providers.

  1. Conduct and Enforcement

Users may not engage in activity that disrupts the Service or violates copyright or other laws. BOX5 Media reserves the right to limit or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on BOX5-TV, including video, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by BOX5 Media or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

  1. Privacy

BOX5 Media respects your privacy and collects only necessary information to provide the Service. Personal information will not be sold or shared, except as required by law or for service operation.

  1. Changes to Terms

BOX5 Media may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Termination

BOX5 Media may terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. All disclaimers, limitations, and obligations survive termination.
