If you purchased a stream from BOX5 and you don’t see the stream in your AppleTV, ROKU or Firestick App. Don’t worry.
Our system is based on active events. When the stream becomes active @ midnight on the day of the event, your TV apps will populate.
If we are on the day of the event and you are not seeing the product, close your app and reopen it on your device.
If you are still having issues, please log out of your app and then back in. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please contact us. If the event has started, our chat will be available for quicker service.
